What is Hayatuk?
Hayatuk (“your life”) is a free mobile app that brings blood donors and people in need together in their local community. When someone needs blood, nearby donors with the right blood type are notified — so help can arrive when it matters most.

Why we built Hayatuk
Blood can’t be manufactured — it can only come from donors. Yet too often, patients and families are left searching their personal networks at the worst possible moment, hoping to find a compatible donor in time. We believe no one should have to wait for blood when willing donors are nearby.
Hayatuk turns local goodwill into timely action: a simple, trustworthy way for communities to give blood to the people around them. Every donor who joins makes the network stronger — and brings someone’s loved one closer to the help they need.
Free and open source
Hayatuk is built in the open. Anyone can read the code, verify exactly how data is handled, and help make it better — because a tool people trust with something this important should have nothing to hide.

Privacy by design

- Your exact location never leaves your device — only an approximate area is used to find nearby requests.
- Your phone number is shared only after you accept a request, so you can coordinate the donation.
- You control your availability — turn donor mode on or off anytime.
- You can delete your account and your data at any time, right from the app.
- No ads and no third-party advertising trackers.
