Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026.
By creating an account or using the Hayatuk app (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Hayatuk is
Hayatuk is a tool that helps blood donors and people who need blood find and contact each other within their local area. It is not a hospital, blood bank, medical service, or emergency service, and it does not collect, test, store, or transport blood.
No medical advice
The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional or emergency medical care. Always donate or receive blood through a licensed hospital or recognized blood bank, and follow their medical guidance and eligibility requirements.
In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a hospital directly.
No verification of users or requests
Hayatuk does not verify the identity of its users or the authenticity of any blood request. Requests, messages, and profiles created through the app may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent. We cannot guarantee that any request is genuine, that any user is who they claim to be, or that any donation will take place.
Your responsibilities
- Use your own judgment and caution before acting on any request, sharing personal information, communicating with, or meeting another user.
- Verify the authenticity of any request independently — for example, with the hospital or blood bank involved.
- Ensure you are medically eligible and safe to donate.
- Use the app lawfully and honestly: do not post false, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive content, and do not use it to harass, defraud, or endanger others.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hayatuk and its maintainers shall not be liable for any loss, harm, injury, death, or damages of any kind arising out of or related to:
- your use of, or inability to use, the app;
- interactions, communications, or meetings between users;
- false, fraudulent, or misleading requests or information; or
- any blood donation or medical procedure arranged or attempted through the app.
You use the app and interact with other users entirely at your own risk.
Accounts and termination
You are responsible for the activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful. You can delete your account at any time — see Account deletion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
